Chris and Susan's Big Adventure

This weekend Auckland hosted the NZ Women's National Hockey Championships. Since there is only one women's team in Auckland, Susan was lucky enough to play on the team. We played teams from Canterbury and Southern (both on the south island). All three teams were very evenly matched with 4 of the 6 games ending in a tie. Somehow Auckland managed come out with the gold medal.

This turned into a pretty incredible day. After our win, Chris and I went to pick up our new puppy.
